Book here for a night for the concert and couldn’t use the kitchen area at all. The dishwasher was molded and had dishes left in there forever. The smell was horrible. The kitchen rags was all stained. They not wiping down the counters. Where the trash sits all the stuff thrown in the trash is right beside the cabinet. This is a nice building but who ever is cleaning some of these rooms needs training

This property needs some inside repairs. Our room security lock was broken. Shower head would not work properly and no hot water sometimes. No utensils in the kitchen area. Coffee pot was broken. Needs new mattresses. OLD ONES. elevator was broken. No ice machine . Sorry but we're looking at another place for next year. We've been staying here for 4 yrs, but we will not be back. Location was great for us. We travel for work.

I called to make sure they had a 1st floor room when I made the reservation, they didn't when we got there and the elevator was out. They refused to refund my money, I'm disabled and have 2 bad knees and can't do stairs.

I stay here every time I visit the Raleigh area and this is the first time I had an awful experience. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the room was also all slanted so everything felt like you were going to slide. All of the tiles in the bathroom were cracked. In the bathroom I was only given one towel, which was fine since it was a one night stay and my husband didn’t need a shower. Not sure wha happened but the room we were in (324) should not be rented out. By the time we got in after the hockey game I was exhausted as I am disabled and just wanted sleep. I’d hope we were not sat in this room due to having a service dog and I have never been put in a room this awful when the normal woman is there at check in.

there were clothes in one of the drawers that were NOT mine. bathroom had hairs on it from previous guest or guests. coffee maker had filter left in from previous guest and coffee pot was dirty and not cleaned. overall was a very dirty room.
