Did not receive the room I booked. Got upgraded to 1 double bed suite when I reserved two doube beds. Key did not work when tried to enter the room. Hotel overbooked. Room was clean.

Neat and convenient

A little hard to find (no signage). It was convenient once we found it but the shower head needs to be replaced and the light in the gym needs to stay on. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

I understand it’s a budget hotel. However, the photos are outdated. The gym has 3 rickety old machines and there is no breakfast offered as advertised in the photos. Not a dealbreaker, but the facility should update the descriptions and photos so customers can have an adequate expectation.

Horrible hotel

I never checked in. The front desk clerk was extremely rude and gave awful customer service. The hotel was super nasty and homeless people were everywhere. Did not feel safe staying there so I never checked in. Choose to stay at La Quinta Inn much nicer and cleaner.

Very Dirty

Needed something just for a few days and based on the price, I think I was still expecting a little bit better. Checked in had to move rooms three times due to the rooms being dirty. Finally, I stuck with the third room however, there was hair on top of the bed in the sheets stains on the curtains kitchen was dirty, but I did not have any other options so had to stick it out. If you don’t mind cleaning everything yourself and need something with the kitchen then this could work for you. But if you want something, three stars are better. This is not the place.

Filthiest place ever.

The pictures don’t look at all like the room you will stay in. Please do yourself a favor and don’t book at this filthy, nasty, unsafe place. They are rude and they don’t even acknowledge how dirty the place is. They didn’t want to refund me for my stay after I let them know both of the rooms they changed me to were disgustingly dirty. There was vomit in the elevator. The floors smelled. The room floors were sticky and so the countertops. Bed sheets were dirty. The refrigerator had dents and it was beat up. The towels were used and left there for the next guest and looking absolutely dirty. Also the policy kept patrolling the parking lot. They even had the nerve to say what I was calling “filthy” was not true and that they “upgraded” me to another room… yes, one more disgusting.

Terrible place and super dirty.

Please do you a favor and don’t book n this place. It stink, the elevator had vomit, the rooms were beyond dirty, the towels were disgusting, the countertops all splatter and gross. The hotel doesn’t look like the picture at all and the people at this place looked sooo sketchy. I didn’t feel safe at all.

Ok stay, close to what we needed to see

Was an ok place to sleep. Front desk lady was nice and welcoming. Other then that nothing but a place to shower and sleep. When we booked it did say continental breakfast was provided, however when we woke up and went to the lobby there was a sign that said they no longer offer breakfast. Towels in the room were folded etc, however when we went to use them only one was clean. Room could use some painting and smelled a bit musty.
