The concierge tried to put us in a room that had no windows. How could they do that? I was like no way I know I asked for a king size bed, but no one should be in a little room with no windows. He did move us to a double bed with windows, which was much nicer. I was never told that there was construction going on and no pool. We never would’ve stayed there. the restaurant was nice. Probably the only thing that the customer service guy was nice. He took care of us in our immediate problem. Thank you.

We had beers at the rooftop outdoor seating area which was very pleasant. There is a restaurant on the top floor which was great for breakfast. There are also restaurants nearby that are within walking distance. The hotel is very clean and nicely appointed. The pool is being renovated but is supposed to be completed this spring I believe. Check in and out was very simple.

We stayed two nights. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable though a little on the extra firm side, The pillows were definitely hard, more so than any hotel I've ever stayed. Overall, comfortable stay and close to the water taxi (within easy walkable distance for us), and the airport. Drawbacks: They put us in a room with a window that was blacked out, that side of their hotel is right up against their new building. There was no mention in the listings about what are essentially windowless rooms. At check-in the desk person also did not mention there is not a functioning window. The other irk was that the front desk staff, while I was standing there trying to figure out how to get cash for a taxi to the airport (my bank card wasn't working and the taxi's do not take credit cards), never mentioned they have a shuttle that does airport runs. We had to find out from other guests who happened to be on a day tour we did. The rooftop restaurant is nice. Food is good. Drinks are good. Great views from the outdoor terrace side. Staff was friendly and attentive.

The room was clean and amenities seemed new and fresh, the hotel restaurant was phenomenal, and the staff was very kind and professional. setting up the stay, and the drive from the airport was very simple and all staff was quite responsive. thank you for a great stay. We would stay there again and can't wait to see the results of the construction upgrades.

Terribly overpriced room for not getting any rest. Very loud construction and banging going on, they’re currently renovating hotel. And we were placed in a room below the kitchen and it was very loud all night until after 11pm and then it started up again at 6am. Would’ve chosen a different hotel if I’d realized. Expedia showed all good reviews but that must’ve been before hotel went under renovation. What a rip off

This might be a nice hotel but right now they are under construction. pros: the restaurant is amazing, the staff are helpful and kind and the linens and towels are lux. Cons: we were in room 303 and the view is the construction (like literally a concentrate shell that completely blocks the view). But more so than that, it's the noise. We checked in at 3 and the construction sounds were brutal. Super loud grinding and jack hammering. They promised us they would stop by 5. At 6 we called the front desk, and they said they would get them to stop. But then we kept hearing super loud sounds. Turns out it's the kitchen washing dishes and cutlery. It sounded like it was right outside of our room and went on until 1am. Why would the hotel place us in the room with such loud sounds? At 11pm they offered to move us. Why didn't they move us earlier? We finally got to sleep at 1am and then the kitchen breakfast sounds started again at 6am. They comped our breakfast which was nice but then we promptly checked out. If you value your sleep don't stay here.
