The staff from the front desk are unprofessional, and not friendly at all not simple courtesy like to answer Good Morning or Good afternoon.

Conveniently located off the highway, but must request a room on the other side of the highway otherwise there is a lot of noise. However, not an upscale Hampton Inn. Needs updating and freshening.

I booked through hotels.com. I had the wrong date as I needed to check in a day earlier. Due to their cancellation policy, the hotel wouldn't let me change the date. Hotels.com worked with the hotel and had the date changed for a fee. When I got to the hotel, they said it hadn't been changed and charged me for the new night. Hotels.com and the hotel will not refund me for the date I paid in advance and switched. I will never stay at a Hampton Inn or use Hotels.com again.

I went fir a funeral. The inly thi g was that I was there early 12noon and explain to rhe agent if they have any to check in early but. I saw he has no interest ormf helping and said check in is 3pm

This hotel has some years on it and looks the part. The maintenance at this location isn't kept up to date. The first thing that I noticed was that there was actual dirt on the floor of both elevators that were not in the best repair. The hallway of the floor where my room was located smelled of old cigarettes and air freshener, my room appeared to be clean, but the bed was not very comfortable (like it was just warn out), and half of the pillows smelled like someone's old dirty head. I wasn't provided a receipt as it was supposed to be emailed (they said), but I did not receive one in my email. I called the location and was placed on hold 3 times and told that since I booked with hotels.com that I need to get one from them. I have always been able to get one at the location whenever I have traveled prior since I pay at location. I must provide a paid receipt for by business expense reimbursement, and the ones from hotels.com show "paid at location" at the end. They then looked up by my credit card and name then said that they would send to my email... still waiting for that email - what a hassle!
