The plumbing to the shower was not even installed in some cases. Other items in the shower the hardware rusted through and did not allow the items to stay in place. Definitely a hazard to anyone who uses it. The hair dryer supplied was not functional and was sticky to the touch. Sanitary and cleaning of room was nonexistent. The room was gross. I selected this place because of the Expedia ratings which was not actual in comparison to the hotel. Like they had someone send in a bunch of good reviews so their review metrics were better. 100 thumbs down on this hotel.

1. Light switch just inside exit door did not have a cover, wires were exposed! Shock hazard. 2. It was a Non-smoking room, bedspread had numerous (more than 10) burn holes. 3. Tub drain was plugged with all sorts of hair, soap, etc. During shower, water was ankle deep. 4. Shower safety grab rail was loose and pulled away fro the shower wall.

The property is very old and though the room had been painted and was clean, the sink was cracked and the bathtub had no stopper. It is dark, lots of road construction (not their fault). The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

I ended up not staying there because this establishment tried charging my card three times prior to arrival and when I contacted them they advised me that they were canceling my room even though I had agreed to pay upon arrival.

The room was very clean. The blankets were old, but I bring my own blanket anyway. The microwave and fridge worked great. The ac was was nice and cold. The ice machine was out. But there’s a sonic right next door. It was a quiet area. I enjoyed my stay and suggested it to my friends. I will definitely go there again.

When we arrived at 7:30pm checked in I asked for the Wi-Fi passcode that I had to pay extra for even through it is advertised as free Wi-Fi I was told they did not have Wi-Fi to provide. Very disappointed after paying extra for it. Shower was not clean. Advised the front desk and was told cleaning would take place between 10-11am. Shower head was nasty with buildup and there was NO HOT water. Other than that the beds were ok

I booked a room there over the weekend the 9-11th I get there to check and and the man behind the desk tells me that they pretty much gave my room away so you telling me me and my friends almost didn’t have any where to sleep because you guys gave our room away that mind you I booked in advanced very unprofessional I booked for a reason not for you to just give our room away .
