Everything about this property is exquisite. Gorgeous views everywhere you look, staff that are amazing and attentive, food that is delicious but a bit pricey, and super quiet and relaxing. The bedroom was so comfortable and if we had one piece of constructive feedback we would say it would be to have complete partitions between our room garden and the nearby rooms and suites. I would 100% recommend this property to someone wanting to relax and unwind and enjoy the full experience of Bermuda.

Very new facility so things look spotless. Friendly staff. Great view. All in all excellent stay in every aspect. I can add the following nit picking points that hopefully the hotel can improve: 1) one day the towels were not replenished at the ocean level pool, despite multiple calls; 2) In our guest room at least, one can use a few more hooks to hang robes, towels etc; 3) also in our room, just one very small trash can by the toilet, would recommend one more in the living room, and maybe one more for recycling; 4) 4 pools yes, but at least one is so small it should be called a big hot tub :-) As I said, nit picking.

The views of the beach and ocean are the best in Bermuda. Hotel facilities are nice but the restaurant facilities need work and they have no hot tub on site.Bermuda itself is not very walkable.

A beautiful serene property

We stayed here for two nights and were blown away how beautiful it was.Ultra modern,clean and a wonderful view and one of the most beautiful beaches.Staff are so lovely and welcoming.The restaurant is good delicious food but I wish there had been more snacks/variety on the menu as it is limited and nothing nearby.We will for sure return its stunning.

This was a wonderful place to stay - beautiful, clean, excellent service, etc. A few things we especially appreciated was the excellent wifi everywhere, the super convenient access to a bus stop and the availability to get bus tokens from the front desk staff. Also, although the restaurant on the property was excellent, we didn't want to eat out every single meal and found the gas station minimart just down the street from the resort to be very well stocked.

Our room and bathroom were spacious, modern, and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The meals were delicious. The beach, pools, and sunbathing areas were beautiful. The only criticism I have is that there were way too many stairs to climb to get around the property. I understand that, because of the cliff side, structures were built as possible. However, there should be more elevators. The beautiful beach is actually unusable for anyone who can’t climb up 6 flights of stairs.

We got upgraded thanks to my Platinum status, which significantly improved our experience. However, having a look around the property, I could tell that any other room would have provided an exceptional experience as well. The property seems to be new, clean and well maintained. We went in April which meant we were able to see whales from our patio, and we were able to walk along the long beach near the hotel. We loved this hotel so much, that we've already suggested it to our friends and family. There were a few hiccups with admin, however once brought to their attention, they were swiftly solved. If I were to improve something about the hotel, that would be the restaurant menu. It needs development, a few more options added, and a better balance of flavours/items in the current dishes. All in all, I would 100% recommend this place.
