This is my "go to" facility when traveling to Knoxville for business! Staff is always friendly and professional. Overall the facility and the room are always clean though a few could benefit from renovation/updating.

Parking was safe and easy. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We had a great night's sleep. Cracker Barrel is right across the parking lot. The staff is friendly. We've stayed there before several times over the years and we'll most likely stay there again.

It was the most greatest experience. With the prior hotels I stayed at before in Knoxville, TN, the America's Best Value Inn is number 1. The bed was very comfortable with having the best sleep I have ever had. The room was so very nice and it was quite place to stay at. I will be using this place again for my future stays. I recommend it to anyone, take advantage of it. You will not regret it.v

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was a great experience. The bed was incredibly comfy, and I slept like a baby. My only suggestion for improvement is to add vending snack machines that accept various payment methods beyond just cash, as well as microwaves in each room. This would make it even more convenient for guests, instead of relying on the single microwave located just past the check-in desk. Other than that, I would gladly stay at this hotel again and again. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling — you’ll enjoy a wonderful stay at this awesome hotel!

Nice basic room. Bed was very comfortable. Ever time I left the room I had to go back down to the desk because our keys did not work. Someone on our floor was smoking wacky tobacco.

The hotel was pretty clean for being an older hotel. My only 2 complaints are the bed was one of those awful thin spring mattresses that was SUPER uncomfortable. The other is we were on an end room on the 3rd floor and there was a parking lot light that was right next to the window making it look daylight 24/7 definitely need better windows coverings on at least that room.

This was a great place to stay on my way to Florida going down 75!! Walmart is close and so is Cracker Barrel. It's really ideal. The continental breakfast is good except it would be nice to have a place to sit. Overall highly recommended!
