Highly recommend the location which is a short walk from the busy center where all the tourists gather. Super friendly staff! Cute farm & restaurant property next to it. The dinner, which is included in the fee, was very good. The room was small but comfortable. Negative was that we heard a lot of the noise being just above the outside sitting area. We heard water running probably from showers next door.

You pay for the location and not the comfort. They have squeezed as many rooms as possible into this boutique B&B. Beds no larger than cots. Heard many guests complaining in morning of having poor sleep. Food was ok and nice to have convenience of being on property. Showers are foldable wall glass boxes. I booked a double room with water view.

The Heimly was the only hotel I could find in Flåm on Expedia. It did the job. The room was small, and so was the bathroom, but we had an amazing view of the Fjord. The shower doors barely closed flooding the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was yummy, but coffee is pulled at 9:30 AM on the dot. There is a nice rumpus room that had space to read in after dinner. The hotel is walking distance to the train station and town.

Not comfortable. Twin beds very narrow. No headboard, pillow kept falling off. No elevator many stairs. One set had no handrail. The very second breakfast was over the food and coffee were cleared. No time for second coffee. Would not stay here again.
