Nice staff. Good kitchen for long stay.

Staff is helpful even my father cannot speak English. Kitchenware and micro oven are good for family vacation. The air conditioning system is noisy and it does not like new renovation.

We received a call prior to checking in and were told that the room they were originally going to put is in had maintenance issues so they were moving us and would comp the whole weekend . When we showed up and they realized we booked through hotels.com they said they could not comp our stay because it would be hard to get our money back way

I attempted to get a refund because my husband ended up in the hospital and was admitted I was told I needed to go to the front desk when I came back to get our stuff and the manager would make a decision . I did not have time for that because my husband was in critical condition . If I tell you the situation why do I have to come back and let the manager decide . It should just get taken care of .

This is a somewhat tired, but clean and pleasant, facility whose staff go the extra mile to accommodate. The kitchen 'things' are a la carte. You tell the staff if you want dishes etc...all carefully explained on a card. We wanted something to heat water for tea that didn't reek of coffee and they complied. We asked for a toaster...and it was immediately available. We needed a second chair, which was not quickly available, and a staff member brought a folding chair from his own home...so we ended up with 3 chairs and the couch...perfect for our needs. Some things needed improvement...a document could not be printed until the next day, for example. The room seemed pricey...but it was Scottsdale in March, during spring training. Location and supply and demand. And for us, for personal reasons, this location was perfect...in every way. I take exception to those who complain about the breakfast: 1) they clearly state it's grab and go, like many properties we've been to....and 2) you have your own kitchen for heaven's sake. Would we stay there again? We're in Scottsdale twice a year for about a week. I would have no problems staying there again.

Stayed 4 nights in two different rooms. The first room was located next to an exit door and there were people in and out all night. It was impossible to get sleep with the door continuously slamming. Fortunately the Manager and other staff were extremely accommodating and moved me to another room which was quiet all night. The staff was great. The rooms were nice. The price was reasonable. The location was great. Little to no breakfast offered.
