A localização é excelente, o quarto é amplo, tem cozinha e forno de MO e a equipe prestativa, uma grande vantagem é que recebe pacotes como da Amazon, os pontos fracos são: o café da manhã e o fato de só ter um elevador: no sábado ele estragou e só voltou a funcionar na segunda feira. É a terceira vez que fico nele e voltarei a ficar se voltar a Orlando.

First of all, as soon as you get there it smells weird, the hallways are dirty, the day we were leaving we notice there was roaches thats very disgusting and disappointing, we chose this hotel over others...outside ot was dirty as wrll, poop in the grass, trash in the parking, employees working while on their cellphones talking.... We would not stay here again. I wish i could get refunded

There is a front desk employee named Ruth whose behavior is completely unacceptable for a hotel. She is consistently rude, dismissive, and creates a very hostile atmosphere for guests. It’s shocking that management allows this, because it truly ruins the experience from the moment you arrive. No guest should feel disrespected or uncomfortable when simply checking in. The tension at the reception is noticeable, and it seriously brings down the quality of the stay.

Foi excelente nossa hospedagem, ótima localização, quartos ótimos, limpos, cama maravilhosa, pessoal atencioso. Estacionamento amplo. Os equipamentos de cozinha tem que ser solicitado na recepção. Café da manhã é simples, somente café e muffins, mas sem nenhum problema quanto a isso. Usamos a lavanderia, prática! No local existem moradores, mas quase não os encontra. O único defeito seria o cheiro dos corredores que é um pouco forte, mas nada que afete a estadia. É carpete e fechado por conta do ar condicionado, então não tem como controlar muito. Voltarei com ctz para esse hotel ! Eu adorei muito tudo ❤️ estamos na mesma rua do olive Garden, 7 eleven, Dennys, ótima localização, 15 minutos da Disney ! Perto de tudo !!!

Parking was good. Room size was great. Room looked outdated. Overall the place wasn't clean. Halls had lots of misc debris/trash. Ceilings looked to be leaking and trash cans setup. Found a hair in the bed. Towels had stains. Staff was nice. Other notes: Charged for room keys but fee is refundable if keys are returned. There is an early check-in fee.

The room was good. However, we were supposed to have breakfast included. When we checked in, they even informed us the hours for breakfast. Next morning we went down for breakfast and there was nothing! Only black coffee. We met other guests who said they have been there for a couple days and there was no breakfast at all. So disappointing!! Breakfast is not included and they shouldn’t be advertising it.

Parking was easy. Late check in was easy. Request for hairdryer was easy. Room could have been a little cleaner but do not affect stay. Curtains did not shut all the way and let in too much light. That was the biggest ding for us.

The manager forgot her name Spanish lady short she is nice at times till she charges your card for a extra day and claims she didn’t do it and would not refund it so had to dispute charge be careful of the snake lady if I was the owner she be gone
