We arrived around midnight, and the front desk informed us that the keycard system wasn’t working, so she would have to open the room for us using the master key. However, the room she attempted to open was already occupied, which caused some confusion. The front desk seemed unsure about which room to assign us.
We were eventually given a room, but since we were four people—two of whom were supposed to sleep on the pull-out sofa bed—there were no extra pillows or blankets provided. To make matters worse, the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke.
