Our stay at Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc has been nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel at home. The resort is beautifully surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Whether we were enjoying the pools, walking along the clean beach, or taking the fun buggy rides around the expansive property, every corner of the resort was a joy to explore. One of our favourite daily highlights was the complimentary chocolate hour, a delightful treat that we looked forward to every afternoon! The foam party was another memorable experience, bringing smiles to both adults and children and adding a fun touch to our holiday. Their hospitality truly made our stay extra special. The property is amazing but what made our stay fantastic was the staff. What wonderful attentive staff always looking to please. The breakfast variety was outstanding.

Attentiveness of staff is superb, any time you request something (esp via app) it is responded to and actioned immediately! Clean rooms /villa very comfortable stay. Food could be better -pizza especially lacked in flavour at poolside restaurant but we didn't often eat at hotel as city centre is not so far away. Overall a wonderful stay.

Lifeguard and each staff were very good. I did not like being charged for pool toys and small amenities. Waiting for the buggy was at times very frustrating. It’s a big resort. Although the breakfast was very good the first few days it got very repetitive if you’re there for a long time.
