Staff was friendly and helpful! This hotel is a smaller one. Three levels. My room was a small suite with refrigerator, sink, 2 burner flat top stove. Perfect size room for 1 or 2 people. Easy access to get to the hotel. It is close to the hwy. Bring your sound machine. Also had breakfast in the morning, didn’t take advantage of. I would stay there again.

This turned out to be a nightmare. I woke up the morning of my travel to an email from the hotel saying their system messed up and double booked rooms for people booking through hotels.com or Expedia. So they had transferred me to another hotel that I did not want. I was traveling with a group and was separated as a result. Nightmare. If I can't rely on a reservation then why should I bother in the first place?

Food still in refrigerator, garbage still in can under sink. Breakfast wasn't great at 8 we had like 15 minutes to get the batter fir waffles ready, sausage was another 5 minutes. So then the batter was so thick it would not come out through the spout. And after i made one it yasted so bad. We walked out of their with nothing to eat. 2minutes

Every staff member we came across was very friendly! We were greeted every time we came in or left. The breakfasts were also hot, fresh, and delicious. When we arrived, a couple hours after check in time began, we had to wait about 10 minutes for our room to be finished being cleaned, which was not a big deal at all, either. The room, though, did not feel very clean. Each door on the way to our room was dirty and scuffed. The tub had some soap scum in the corner, and the corners of the bathroom had dirt and hair caked into them. The toilet tank appeared to have been broken and glued back together. The microwave had cheese melted to the plate and the spoons in the cupboard had food on them. There was also what appeared to be a booger on the closet door. Also, the water was very touch and go. It was luke warm in the morning and almost completely cold in the evening (definitely too cold to shower - we tried). In the middle of the night, though, it was scalding hot on the lowest setting. If the rooms and water were better, we would definitely return, because the staff was over the top friendly, but we probably will not stay at this location again.

The first night stay was wonderful however on night too we discovered that we had no hot water and it was isolated to just a few rooms and some issue that they knew about a new as a possibility, but did not factor into our stay. Ended up having to move at 8 o’clock at night to a different hotel because we would not have hot water for the rest of our stay which was two more nights. Incredibly inconvenient.!!!!

despite having a reservation and having driven 600 miles to get there, they DID NOT have a room for us. we needed sleep badly. they said the "system" over-booked the rooms. Their solution was to send us to a LA QUINTA hotel down the highway supposedly at their expense. I need whatever money Expedia charged and whatever deposit or charges the hotel took from me. I will never again stay at any Marriot hotel, and maybe, just maybe never use Expedia again. make it right and maybe I can come back to Expedia, but NEVER to Marriot.
