One night in hell at Days Inn.

First off the TV remote didn't work but the desk clerk brought a new but found the the TV was not plugged in to the wall. My phone did not work, it was dead and was not fixed. The curtains were sheers and the actual curtains would not close. People were standing outside my room and shinning camera lights in to my room. I couldn't call the desk because my phone did not work. There was also dirt on the floor,

Never Again

Horrible. Dresser drawer missing. Bathroom fan didnt work. Night stand lamp didnt work. Light over sink, when turned on, would randomly turn off and on every few minutes. Last but not least, with the do not disturb sign hung, someone entered the room. Left dirty shoe prints on the floor. Used the toilet and didnt flush it. And left the do not disturb sign in a chair. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

The hot tub was boarded up probably not used in years. False advertisement. The motel was overbooked we got stuck in an add on room. Old towels old furniture. Dirty room. Tiny tv hung ceiling height. All lights not working. Pillows 1/4 the size of a normal pillow. See through towels.

Horrible place

First the person that did the checking was more concerned about her pregnancy test and the person on the other side of her FaceTime call then the question that I had and my check in. The room was filthy. Bathroom wasn’t clean. The toilet literally had a “BUTTON” “ASS” mark at the sit. The shower was covered in body greasy and mildew. I had to run at the Walmart and get Clorox so I could at least use the it. Smell in the room, horrible. I was super disappointed, I just had to stay cause I was super tired of driving all day with my kids. And the next hotel was a hour away.

Very dirty room

Very dirty and old, was supposed to be smoke free but didnt smell smoke free, terrible coffee, 6:30 breakfast which was too late for me, ancient RCA TV, stains on all fabics, inside of toilet was black on side towards door so cleaners were doing the least work possible which gives little confidence about rest of room

Outside of property was in bad shape, but there was VERY limited places to stay in Chiefland, Fl. Bedding was okay. The linens appeared to be clean. Toilet had a long-term leak on the tank that had never been fixed and this had stained the constantly wet floor behind it. Both tub and sink has stoppers that were not attached, exposing the corroded and dirty pipes below. Sink had hair wrapped around the stopper--yuck. You could see daylight around the door where the seal was worn away. Checkout staff member was not professional at all--not offering print out of bill, "thank you for staying with us," or any other kind, professional words. Check in staff member at least was nice, even though not getting out of the chair the whole time. I know it wasn't the Taj Mahal, but I expected at least a little professionalism for the high price I was paying. I will explore other places if there is a next time.
