We enjoyed our stay. They were actively updating the hotel during our stay and could tell they just put in new carpet. The hotel was very clean and housekeeping came everyday. The pool was nice but they never had towels stocked so you had to ask the front desk or bring your own. The staff were very friendly. The fire alarm started going off on our last night and the fire department had to come and we’re unsure what happened but the hotel was cleared and we could go back in shortly after.

Pros: it was quiet and breakfast was decent. Cons: not Radisson standards by far. Building crumbling and poorly maintained. Pool out of service.

Clean room, staff was friendly, breakfast was good with hot options.

Room was clean, the wall paper was peeling in one corner and the room could use a quick vaccum but the overall stay was very good

6/10 Good

Good location off I94. Decent breakfast and clean linens. Pet friendly. Front lobby could use a refresh and my bathroom could use a paint touch up. Still recommending due to being 80% good. Will be interesting to see if they improve by the time of our next visit. (Did they just take over management? Seems like it)

the room was ok but the staff was great

The curtain in our room was torn and looked like there was a blood stain on there. There were not enough bath towels in our room and when we asked for more, the guy at the desk asked that I drop off the used ones by the office door. We went for breakfast just after 8am and there was barely anything left. The housekeeper was the friendliest person there. We will not ever be staying there again!!!

Place is showing its age. The carpet in the room was stained, toilet roll holder had no bar for the roll, the ceiling above the shower was a mess, beds were comfortable, the breakfast room was nice, eggs and sausage were lukewarm. Carport had bricks falling out, landscaping was shabby. Desk clerk was pleasant and helpful. This was a one-night and done experience.

Nice Stay

Clean room and attentive staff.

Room was clean. When we checked in the guy at the from desk was kind of rude. My wife has a small service dog so he was asking her a lot of questions about her service animal. Parking was good.

The staff was great; Very nice and accommodating. The room was ok, the shower didn't work and that was a problem.

8/10 Very good

Nice safe parking. Great breakfast. Nice pool. Most of the staff are great, wonderful in fact. However i encountered a staff member that needs customer service counseling. The sink and bathtub drains are very slow. Nice bathroom with nice shampoo and ect. The lampshade was missing from the lamp on the bedstand. The room was clean and smelled nice.

Staff was great! However, had to switch rooms due to spots on floor and bed, had to get staff to open pool and gym. Card access did not work (hotel rule). Once switched, beds were comfy, room was clean. Decent breakfast.

Good for a quick stay

Pretty clean, like most other hotels in the area, some things were worn and need updating, but not a deal breaker for us. We would have liked more pillows available.

10/10 Exceptional

The staff is EXTREMELY nice. Always helpful, took care of our reservations when we needed to extend. The room looks great…the room smells clean and you don’t always have that when you stay at a hotel nowadays. It’s clean, the bathroom is clean and the beds are made sharply. We really appreciated that.

Stay for the bed not the breakfast

Breakfast offerings aren’t great. Room was quiet and comfortable.

Solid pet friendly option with big bright rooms and good aircon. Breakfast included. Only odd thing was that there were guys hanging out in their trucks at the back of the parking lot.

we always stay here every time we come to town it's always nice. The service is great and customer service is always excellent. This is the only trip that we didn't get much sleep due to the ongoing smoke alarms that kept going off all through the night for two days. That's my only complaint.
