Excellent endroit

Idéalement placé près du pont et la vieille ville un parking facile à 300 mètres ( paiement cash en monnaie locale dépanné par l’hôtel en échange d’euros ) personnel très serviable ( montée des valises et valises amenées à la voiture ) nous avons dîner sur place très copieux et prix corrects . Chambres propres au final je pensais que ça aurait été plus bruyant mais ça a été … ne pas hésiter à booker une chambre

Absolutely WONDERFUL!! Excellent location to walk over the famous bridge. The staff at Emen Hotel were so friendly, helpful and made our stay a joy. They even helped with our luggage up the stairs. Breakfast was generous and the variety of plates were outstanding. We love this place and would come back here in an heartbeat. And Mostar is beautiful to visit!

The hotel was one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were very friendly and professional, and made the stay very pleasant. The hotel is located just 50 meters from a parking lot and about a 2-minute walk from Stari Most — the best location. The hotel’s restaurant gets a 10 out of 10. I will definitely come back.

Not worth!

I was drawn to this hotel by its location, right by the bridge, but everything else left much to be desired. First, finding the entrance was a challenge—it’s tucked away inside a restaurant and not shown in any of the online photos or directions. My room on the second floor looked nothing like the pictures advertised. The kettle was filthy, the windows were tiny, and there was virtually no ventilation. I’m not even allergic, yet I suffered a terrible respiratory attack and could barely sleep. Although the staff were polite when we finally caught their attention, most of the time they were smoking outside at the restaurant tables and hard to flag down. The breakfast spread was generous in quantity, but most items were unpalatable—overly salty olives and dried-out tomatoes, for example. I preferred to grab breakfast elsewhere than endure those offerings. All in all, I wouldn’t consider staying here again. The only real advantage is the location; everything else falls far short.

Best place in Mostar!

Hotel Emen was one of the best stays we have ever had! Fantastic service and friendly staff. We actually cancelled our planned trip to Dubrovnik to stay another night, just because of the staff and that we loved Mostar so much. The breakfast was lovely and we ate at the restaurant two nights. Both me and my three kids (21, 19 and 16) wants to go back!

In the heart of the Old Town

We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our time here. The location is excellent—just inside the pedestrian old town, with a short walk to the famous Old Bridge. Parking is available about 50 metres before the pedestrian zone for BAM 20 per day, which makes it quite suitable for those travelling by car. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and the price includes a hearty breakfast each morning. The accommodation is serviced daily. The only downside is that there’s no lift, so be prepared for stairs. Overall, a great stay in the heart of the old town
