Very convenient area If you are not driving. Since it's downtown area, the parking situation is a but tough. Either pay for a parking or move your car early in the morning. But area is very safe. The rooms are very clean. Good location and good for family to live in.

There is no reception, only cleaner lady. But it is easy to contact them via phone number and email from website. Facilities are clean, new and modern. Though walk up the hill to go to downtown, there are some groceries and restaurant nearby. It has an envelop in the room to put tip but no coffee machine.

Beautiful new apartment with good location

One of the nicest place I have ever stayed. About 15 minutes walk to the old Quebec City so the location was very good. Place is new and clean. Would recommend this place to anyone.
