We were extremely impressed by the hotel, everything from the helpful staff to the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The shower and toiletries were excellent, plus a super comfortable bed. breakfast was good with both hot and cold options. Overall I would recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate in using again.

It make such a difference when the night porter is professional and helpful especially at 2am. Some confusion regarding the parking underneath the hotel. I tapped in on the screen and paid €6 and then had to pay more upon check in which felt very disjointed. Nice touch with the water station on each floor and the breakfast again superb as always.

The room size at Holiday Inn Express Ghent was good and comfortable. There were plenty of USB charging ports and power sockets, which was very convenient, and the TV was also quite large. The parking area had plenty of available spaces, possibly because the parking fee of €20 per night discouraged some guests from using it. One major issue was the bathroom drainage. The water drained very slowly, and once the shower was turned on, the water quickly overflowed and left the bathroom floor completely wet. The shower area was also not very slip-resistant and lacked any grab bars, which could be a safety concern. Breakfast was included and offered a reasonably good selection.

Our latest stay at the Holiday Inn Ghent was wonderful from start to finish. The moment we arrived, the staff were very helpful and welcoming which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The hotel also offers easy parking which was very convenient for us. The room was clean, comfortable, and the bed was very cosy, giving us a great night’s sleep. We also loved the free coffee machine in the room — such a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices to enjoy in the morning. Overall, we are very happy with our stay and would gladly recommend Holiday Inn Ghent to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay again!

The room was decent with enough parking facility around but the staff were overburdened and had to wait for longer to get my dinner. The management should already have a forecast on the guest list but still people were waiting long in queue to checked in, placing orders for drinks or pizza. There were just 2-staff who were handling all the stuff atleast for a night and it seems like it wasn’t easy to manage. I see many guests returned back disappointed without ordering the dinner (pizza) even after waiting too long.
