Poor service and lack of in-room amenities
The check-in is slow, inefficient and chaotic which wasted so much of our time and caused lots of inconvenience. The staff is aware of the issue but didn’t show any concerns or try to help the situation.
The room is in reasonable shape but the lack of amenities for a Hilton is unacceptable. This is a hot summer here in Cambridge and they don’t even have a fridge in the room?!
Don’t expect to have coffee in the room either because they don’t have a coffee maker here… just tea bags and cheap instant hot chocolate (not that I would drink but no instant coffee either).
The location is good. So, don’t expect the Hilton quality or service and you would probably be happier… think Marriott Courtyard or 2~3 star hotel…
