When we viewed the hotel and room online the pictures showed that the rooms were interior. When we arrived, we found our room was an exterior room (which we never get) and was in the back of the building. There are interior rooms at the front of the building, but she said none were available. Then we walked into the room and it reeked of pet urine. We requested another room. The second room smelled moderately better, but the ballast in the dressing room was broken so there was no light, and the bathroom was questionable. There were also 2 long metal pieces sticking out of the side of the bed. Not sure what those were. Rather than requesting yet another room, we decided to stay elsewhere. When I spoke to the girl at the front desk about a refund, at least for the last 2 nights (this was supposed to be a 3 night stay) she said I'd have to talk to the manager. He doesn't even work on the premesis, but works from home! I called and left him voicemails which have never been returned. I also asked for a receipt, since they made me pay upon arrival, before ever seeing the room, and she said she'd have to email it. I have never received one. I felt like I was misled on the condition of the building and rooms and would not recommend this place.
