Unclean, Unsafe , smells like Farts!

Filthy rooms and zero ucks given . Staff never apologized . We left after the 2nd room we were given was filthy and had electrical issues , not safe and the place smelled like a box of farts.

Missing everything

So rhere was a full kitchenette except there were not any dishes or anything in the room. There wasnt even a trash can in the room except for the small one in the bathroom. There wasnt a hairdryer, even though I myself dont use or need one. The so called breakfast was only prepackaged miffins and granolabars bought from the store so basically no breakfast even though it says they have a breakfast. Other then basically everything that is usually in a hotel room wasnt in this one. But room was nice clean and spacious. Did have a funky smell when i first got the room like someone cooked something funky in there before the checked out. But that was gone after a night and day.

Stay somewhere else.

We arrived amd the staff took 20 minutes to figure out how to check us in. Then they gave us a room that had not been cleaned. There was garbage in the room, no linnens on the bed, the couch was full of burn marks and holes and the bed itself was heavily stained. After returning to fron desk they advised that house cleaning wouldnt be able to clean the room before they left for the day. They had no other king beds available and the only other room remaining had not been cleaned yet and they didnt know if it would be. Needless to say we did not stay here. It then took another 20 minutes to refund our payments and then they could not get the orinters to work for a receipt.

DISGUSTING WITH MOUSE POOP ON THE MATTRES!!!!

Horrible. Don't do it. Got there and had to wait for the lady at the front desk to finish watching her movie to even be acknowledged. Then she spent the entire interaction telling us how she starts such a better job for $15k more in 2 weeks and just doesn't care. Cool. Get checked in and head to the room, which we had booked for 4 people. There was no bedding for the pull out couch even though I had called ahead knowing that late check ins needing bedding can be an issue. I was told on the phone it would be in the room. Back to the front desk where she hands me a fitted and flat sheet and says there's no blankets. We asked about pillows and there were none of those either. When we insisted we needed them she grabbed some from an empty room. Then the pull out couch doesn't pull out. Like at all. She said she didn't have any open rooms that were clean (so those pillows were dirty?!?!?!?). We finally got it wrestled open and the mattress was COVERED in mouse poop. At that point we asked for a refund and left. Still waiting to see the refund that was supposedly sent.

The two receptionists we spoke to were very kind, however both rooms we were assigned to were awful. This is supposed to be a non smoking hotel and the first room we were assigned to on the first floor smelled so badly like cigarettes that we had to ask for an immediate room change. Our daughter has asthma but even if she didn’t, the smell was so overwhelming that when you walked in, it felt like a huge cloud of cigarette smoke was pushed in your face. My husband developed a small headache in the 10 minutes he was in the room. The second room we were assigned to was even worse. While it only vaguely smelled like smoke, it was a mess. We had been warned the pull out bed on the couch didn’t work but that was fine with us because it was late and we didn’t need it, so we took the room. What we hadn’t been warned about was the fact that someone had done something, such as a punch, to the bathroom door leaving a really poorly done patch job. It also couldn’t close all the way. The walls and floors had stuff on them, the bathroom didn’t even look like it had been mopped, and the paint on the tub was peeling so badly that we skipped very much needed baths and showers after our 11hr day of driving. We still had another 10hr+ drive the day of our checkout and had already checked in really late so we begrudgingly stayed and went to sleep out of pure exhaustion. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless necessary.

Run away from this "hotel"

It was absolutely filthy and gross and overall in such a run down condition didn't even sleep on the bed and didn't have a option to go anywhere else .. it was terrible wish I could get my money back
