Worst Quality Inn Ever

If I could have asked for a refund, I would have. The booking said before hand no refunds. The main floors and reception do not match the images online. The building and rooms are derelict and neglected. TV didn’t work. In room coffee pot had not been cleaned. Stains on the comforter. Not sure if it was clean. Bath tub didn’t drain. Lobby was nice and desk staff was very friendly. The room was disgusting! Patched wall. The curtain didn’t close and has hanging half off and couldn’t be fixed…. Had street light shining in face all night long. The floors were so nasty and didn’t dare touch the air conditioner, it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years☹️

This hotel is a total dump. It is disgusting and run down. We stayed here solely for our special needs 5 year old to get to play at the water park. The water park is closed Monday-Friday and only open weekends. This is not listed anywhere on the website. Our daughter was devastated.

It did the job

We stopped just overnight to sleep, so I can't comment on everything. But for just sleeping it was fine enough besides our room never cooled down, would probably not return though, was absolutely nothing wrong with the place but can definitely get nicer for the money

Zum Glück nur 1 Nacht gebucht

Das Hotel entspricht keinem Quality Inn Standard. Es ist total heruntergekommen. Das ganze Hotel stinkt und überall stapelt sich der Müll. Zum Glück waren die Zimmer für 1 Nacht ok. Frühstück gab es nur Cornflakes und Wasserkaffee.

The room smelled. No toilet paper in the bathroom. The hotel still uses the small shampoo bottles instead of having large dispensors on the shower wall. Side entrance door to the hotel could not be locked so anyone could come into the side door. Bed was not comfortable.

The place was awful . They falsely advertised with hotel.com. It looked like a refugee camp. The security door broke, 1 elevator worked, walls and carpets dirty, laundry thrown into hallways . Hotel smelled!

Not recommend

Elevators 100+yds from front office n check-in. First set of 3rd floor room access cards didn’t work. 2nd set on 4th floor didn’t work AND the floor stank of cigarette smoke. Carpets on 1, 3 n 4th floors old and worn. Finally got a room on 1st floor…it was better, at least no stale cigarette smoke.

I requested a ground floor room with two beds (smoking) almost a month prior. When I arrived they first assigned a room on the second floor. It had a king size bed. The next room was on the third floor and only one working elevator.

Terrible experience

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had Went here for a softball tournament. 1. Went to our room and the door wouldn’t lock (3 young kids ) and the worker first said that all rooms were booked but there was less than 20 cars in parking lot. 2. Tried to get ice for my daughter’s hand and all ice machines were out of order. 3. Saturday night the elevator was out of order: 4. Towels had brown stuff on them and sheets had stains. 5. Heater/Air Conditioner had black stuff (mold like) all threw it I could type issues all day! Don’t stay here

stay literally anywhere else

upon arrival i thought we must be at the wrong place… it’s nothing like the photos online. extremely rundown, and quite frankly scary. we witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot while unloading our bags from the car. and when we got to our room, we had to turn right around and leave because there was a cockroach right on the wall. NOT family friendly and not safe for kids. we couldn’t get out of there fast enough. only positive was that the staff was understanding and rectified the situation.
