Emergency Use Very Accomodating

Our flight got cancelled at Airport and Windward Passage was there to save the day. Rooms were simple, yet clean. Staff was very caring and although the neighborhood was decent, the property was helpful.

Run down facility, repairs look low budget or done by unexperienced workers, checking staff just gave us the keys and didn’t say a word. Beds uncomfortable……… Room a/c was not working At All! NOT AGAIN!!!

Trip to paradise

The people at the front desk were not friendly or helpful. Security was especially rude. Housekeeping was very good. Decent room, the beds were OK, great ocean view. The swimming pool was nice but only open until 7 PM. The complimentary breakfast buffet was good, but not always well stocked. Within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Stay somewhere else

Other than a very polite staff, everything in this hotel needs updating or replacing. Had to change room 3 times to get one with working AC. Toilet didn’t work in all 3 rooms. Had to be snaked to flush. Shower head rusted and had to be replaced. Phone didn’t work. One elevator broken. Prostitutes walking the streets behind hotel and adjacent night club blasting music well into the am hours. Only reason I didn’t leave was that I would not get a refund. Felt sorry for all the happy families I saw checking in that would soon be very disappointed.

The rooms were not as advertised, we had to switch rooms twice air conditioners barely worked, some staff were friendly and helpful and there was one older staff that worked the front desk that was very very nasty! Our flights left late but they still made us check out @11am after being told they would allow us late check out. Complimentary breakfast was HORRIBLE! Very dissatisfying and disappointing but we tried to make the best of it without complaining as much! Ocean view rooms were not OCEAN VIEW! Paid extra just to watch the road and traffic! Please read reviews before booking this hotel!
