Staff was great, comfortable beds pillows, downside is ppl making noise late in the room next to me after 12am didnt like room needed better cleaning not much i pointed it out to staff..they cleaned the splat on wall....its pet friendly love pets yet in my hotel not a fan they smell Thank goodness they keep them downstairs they just were not small dogs thats strange as well small ok emotional support i get ...however these where big dogs lol ...recycled great 😊 laundry not a fan 4$ 🙄 and dryer had to do 8$ when your getting $$ already but to each is own....

We booked this as a one night stay driving to Florida. The check in was good, but the room was not kept up. The toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall, they left one and took the other off and just added a new one under it. The sink wouldn’t drain. Then at 3:30 there was a loud noise coming from the sink drain. I guess maybe someone else near our room was showering or something but there wasn’t even a door to close to drown the noise coming from the pipes.

The staff super friendly. The hotel is older and has visible signs of the age of the building. There is was a big wall patch in the bathroom cover up a hole so they hotel need renovations but it was clean. Good for just needing a place to sleep. It was the comfort level that I would have liked. 20 minutes from downtown Savannah.

Would not recommend. Rude staff, pool is BLACK and doesn't work, when I was at the counter to speak with someone about the property conditions and to request a refund so we could find another more suitable hotel... the front desk lady sent a gentleman up to my room where my minor child was to "check the room" and see if we "used" it before they would give me a refund... he let himself into the room with a master key card and my daughter was terrified. what if she was in the shower? very unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone. Atleast they gave me back my money, i guess.

The walls seemed thin, there was an arguing couple next door. Totally not the fault of the hotel, FYI, but it was difficult to sleep through. Everything about the hotel was nice, the breakfast could have been better but it was fine, and there's a Dunkin across the street. Beds were very comfortable.

I won’t go back.

The room smelled like spoiled wet carpet. The bathroom tub was dirty. The room looked very old. I just felt dirty being in the room. And when i first checked in and tried to take a nap, someone tried getting into my room. When I called out that she has the wrong room she expressed that they told her that this was her room. It scared me thinking someone was trying to break in. This was my first trip by myself. And the breakfast just did not look good.

Unexpected Fees/Deposits - Don’t Stay Here

The hotel charges twice for “incidentals” charging close to $200 on my card. While I understand that this will drop after checking out this practice screws over people who budget for their vacation. I was responsible enough to pay the room for before checking in. This greedy practice needs to be stopped.

Not the greatest looks, but friendly

At the time of our stay, the hall was filled with the noises of slamming doors and running feet. Maybe just poor manners from others, but it made for a long night. Plus the room looked ike a DIY'r is doing a subpar remodel. Wish I had spent my night elsewhere.

Savannah mini vacation.

I understand that a new owner is working on repairs and refreshing the hotel. The outside was freshly painted white. I noted some damage in our bathroom and reported it. We found the hotel very quiet and the staff mostly friendly. It was bedlam on the weekend at breakfast time. Perhaps rearranging or adding another serving area would help. The pool was small and not functioning. Pt. Wentworth exit is bustling with new growth. We went to two local restaurants for dinner. The hotel could help out by providing a list and directions to what is available in the immediate area.
