Elevator was broken; our TV didn't work and there was no shampoo. I asked about shampoo at front desk and waa told "they were out". Seriously, SMH.

Internet photos deceiving, filthy carpet, cracks in the walls and ceilings, comforter not clean, had spots on it and the cushioning was coming out. Halas wreaked of smoke. Staff on check out unprofessional.. yelling and talking to each other while I’m trying to get a receipt like I wasn’t even standing there. Since when do you pay upon check in and not departure? Was not given a receipt for payment at time of payment.

The elevator was not working, the nonsmoking rooms smelled of tobacco, the other customers were blasting music and fighting with curse words through the walls all night slamming doors, the hotel was not clean, the bathroom was clogged and when you call the desk no one picks up. This was shocking because comfort inn is usually my first choice for family friendly, clean hotels.

Check in was at 2:00. We arrived at 5:00. Room wasn’t ready. Sent us to our room 15 minutes later. Still wasn’t ready. Waited in the hall while it was being cleaned. When we finally got our room, the bathtub hadn’t been clean. Still had previous occupants used soap bar in it. The room smelled of cigarette smoke so badly we couldn’t sleep. Walls are thin. Curtains don’t block street lights. On a positive note, they offered free shuttle to and from the concert.

The staff was friendly and most were helpful. The TV and phone didn't work. The toilet barely worked. We couldn't get an extra blanket. We were told we'd be moved to another room but that never happened. The facility is very dated but clean. We won't be back.

This is not a non smoking facility. I checked in with my child and walking through the first floor was hazy with marijuana smoke. The man working there insisted no one was smoking inside, which was clearly untrue. I chose to checkout after only 1 hour because I didn't feel comfortable with my young child staying here. The man said he couldn't issue a refund, and I could call back the next day. When I tried calling, no one answers the phones. After 1 week, I'm still trying to get a refund. Do not stay here.

Hotel was convenient for me to stay at. It was clean, has breakfast and the staff was very nice. I have stayed here many times and will continue to stay more days in the upcoming months. Has also plenty of parking, easy access to the down town area.

This property is not in the best area. I arrived In my room to find my sheets had definitely not been changed as there were black hairs all over in the bed. They put spackling over the water damage from above. The sheets had a yellow tint and the pillows under the cases were deep yellow and gross. No longer has a restaurant on site as advertised. Smelled of marijuana and cigarette smoke in the hallway. Area felt so unsafe that once I got In my room I didn’t Leave until the next morning. Not sure where the good reviews came from that I reviewed Before booking but they lied.
