I had requested a room with a bathtub in advance, but was instead assigned a very small room with just a shower booth. When I asked the front desk to change the room, Mr. Zoltan, a kind gentleman, responded properly and handled it well. However, Ms. Dxxxxxa treated me with hostility and was quite intimidating.
The room I was moved to was slightly larger, but it was old and not very clean. The safe was oddly placed vertically inside a tiny wardrobe, and there were strands of hair left in the bathtub from the previous guest. I called to ask for two suitcase holders, but they never brought them, and I had also left a written note requesting extra medium-sized towels, which was completely ignored. It made me feel rather sad.
Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the lobby had a stylish and pleasant atmosphere—so it's all the more disappointing that the stay turned out this way.
