room is nice but there were few dead bugs on the floor when we checked in the hotel. The phone wasn't working so I have to go to the counter to ask for support. After the support came the phone still not working so we have to use our cellular phone to call hotel for all the hotels related questions and support. I wonder what if the customer doesn't have the option to make local calls then they will need to visit front desk each time when they have a question.

Truly enjoyed this property. The staff George, Liam and Yvonne were outstanding. Each displaying the highest form of professionalism for their roles! Staff were all kind. They have good onsite support. They gave us breakfast vouchers to be used on 4 rusutsu restaurant but they are far away from the building and always got a long queue. I hope they could arrange grab and go breakfast at the cafe from the same building.

Really really nice room. The Ski in only applies to west mountain which you have to take the nearest lift to use which is a REALLY short run designed for learning or beginnners. The Ski out does go to this lift… but if you’re not just learning it’s not somewhere you want to spend your day. If you’re planning on spending most time at East or Isola, it does take some time to get over there via walk and gondola (25 mins or so assuming no lines).

新しく綺麗で部屋もゆったりしており過ごしやすかった。スタッフは外国人であったが質問に対して親切な対応であった。ただ、日本語ではないスタッフの私語があり内容が客とのやり取りについて言及するもので不快。 忘れ物をしてしまい紛失した場所も記憶にあった為、詳細含めて問い合わせの電話をした所、「すみませんが、ありません」の一言であり国内外の対応の違いを感じた。あまり人種による違いを指摘したくないが、日本人の施設であれば忘れ物があった時点で連絡が来るし、着払いで郵送もしてくれるのでオーナーが日本人以外でスタッフも外国人だとサービスが行き届かないのだなぁと残念な気持ちになった。ルスツやニセコはもはや海外のようなものであるので忘れ物をした方が悪いのかもしれない。宿泊される方は気をつけて頂きたいです。

Excellent hotel, but connected to monstrous resort

This place is fantastic - new, large rooms, extra features like washer and dryer and dishwasher. Only problem: The monstrous old resort next door made for mass tourism and endless tour buses hauling in thousands of guests. The two properties are connected but couldn’t be more different. They don’t fit to each other at all. The “town” itself has two convenience stores, that’s it. But the actual hotel itself is very, very nice. No restaurants in the hotel though, only next door at the resort (mass food).

Very nice hotel/condo. Convenient to the slopes, on site onsen was very clean and easy to access. Bit of a walk to dinning options, but nice in room pizza and a small cafe near by.
