Had roaches crawling on me in bed, water pressure was terrible, vending and ice machines were all inoperable. Photos on hotels.com do NOT match property.

Hotel pool was not working so kids were disappointed and there was arguing going on outside of our room for over an hour and had to call the cops due to the uncertainty of the situation and me having children in the room.
Other than that, the room was clean. The beds were comfortable, and it served its purpose.

Poll not working, TV didn’t work, 2 hours to get a reserved room, this list goes on and on. Nobody offered to make anything right. I had to vacuum my own room. Only one staff member seemed to care. Marco.

This hotel was rated 8.0 (very good) out of 10 on the Hotels website. We found this to be very misleading. Approaching the hotel, we had difficulty identifying it as there was no signage on the front of the building. After checking in we used one of the side entrances to bring in our belongings and discovered that this unattended entrance did not lock. No room key was required to gain entry to the building. This was surprising especially since we arrived close to midnight!
When we entered our room we were blasted with a strong unpleasant odor. We didn’t recognize it as the scent of cleaning products. Not sure what the source was. The carpet had stains. The suite was minimally furnished. Our room door latch did not function well. When we left we weren’t even able to latch it.

Front desk lady was always super nice and helpful if we had any problems. Ive stayed at many hotels in findlay and this is the best one by far if you dont have a lot of money to spend. I would definitely stay here again.
