One night stay. First i didnt know there was going to be a $100 automatic deposit. We had already paid for our room ahead of time and nowhere was there a statement of a deposit. Second our rooms 2nd deadbolt lock was broken. We notified front desk but we didnt have time to switch rooms so left it as that. Went to our event and came back for the night ready to get in bed, when we noticed the sheets had black scuff marks indicating they werent washed or changed. It was late and we were just tired so we chose to just sleep on top of the main blanket. Notified front desk upon check out and was told i would receive an email of my check out, etc. Still waiting on receiving that.

I was happy with my stay however I left my phone and charger in the room and I live out of state and they said they could not send it to me even if I paid for postage. Disappointed with that . The room was very clean but the pool could have cleaner.

Room was clean, beds comfortable, breakfast was typical (eggs, sausage, breads, cereal, etc), hotel was quiet, easy access to the airport, gas station on the corner to refuel before returning car, gentleman at front desk was very welcoming and helpful.

First room had cold AC. But toliet broke. No room service. They took all dirty towels but left none. Made bed half A$$. Ledt no coffee refill. Did not empty trash, and this was just the first night. The second night the same thing. Nothing fixed filled or replaced but the bed made. However this time we ran out of toilet paper. Not refilled wven after letting the front desk know about all the issues. When we returned from our day our we walked into the same mess of nothing done but the bed made. Went down and said something. They moved us to another room. However this room was ok other then the air conditioner didnt blow other then super low and never cooled down till about2 in the morning when we decided to leave. Do yourself a favor read reviews and dont stay here. We never will again. I dont leave many reviews but this place does not even deserve 1 star.

Muy bien la habitación, frigobar, microondas, el desayuno es completo y muy bueno, es la primera vez que me hospedo aqui pero me gustó mucho y ademas la ubicación es excelente porque está a la salida de Phoenix ya sin batallar con el tráfico de regreso
