The place was a solid MEH. Room was adequate. Although it did not have a coffee maker. The tv was small and only actually worked 1 night and in order to change Channels or volume I had to be standing directly in front of the tv. Everything is mildly out dated, front desk staff seemed annoyed to have to deal with me. One of the reasons I booked was for the free continental breakfast that was discontinued the week we arrived apparently. Had I known I would have stayed somewhere else for the same cost and the breakfast included. Toilet seemed like it was going to overflow everytime I flushed it. Only 1 tiny bar of soap….. but if you’re just needing a place to rest your head it’ll do….

Très bien situé, mais hôtel très bruyant peut être prévoir plus insonorisation. J'y vais chaque année 2 fois par an et réservé 3 à 5 chambres et j'aurais un peu plus de considération de la part de l'hôtel. Sinon c'est un de mes préférés

Rooms were clean, nice and basic, but checking I was terrible because the lady in front was sarcastic and rude. She didn’t even want to try to understand what I was saying. I made one reservation two rooms and she insisted that I made two deposits. Then she gave me my rooms separated. The breakfast was basically cereal and grab and go item. For the price I paid I expected at less the continental breakfast that was advertised not the grab and go. Probably will not book here again.

My check in was a JOKE! Because my name is Kimberly on my ID and the reservation AND my credit card says KIM, I was told they couldn't honor my stay! I have NEVER been questioned about this! They made an "exception" THIS TIME. There will be NO next time! The grounds had cigarette butts everywhere, the breakfast was lackluster and space was very limited. Our room was on the 3rd floor and one of the two (closest to our room) elevators was out of order. We were also at an end room within yards of the freeway, which we could hear all night. Never staying here again! Also lots of homeless hanging around near the parking lot.

Staff knew nothing but wouldn't admit it, then finally figured most of it out. No apologies, including giving false info. TV sucked, electricity went out and no backup and I was late for a meeting.

A man followed my friend back into our room from the pool and we had to ask the front desk if we can switch rooms, but they said the rooms were all full. We then let them which room the man said we was staying in and he said that room was empty. So are you full or not? The worst part is we decided to just leave because we did not feel safe, and the manager assured us we were not going to be charged for the nights we didn’t stay for. Over the next few days, we get calls from housekeeping, and I tell them we’ve checked out. They say oh right sorry. I call the manager asking why housekeeping would think we are still there, he assures us we are checked out. I check my bank account and see they have charged us for the full stay, small fees here and there, and keep the deposit. I call the booking company for a refund, and they said they cannot process this because the motel marked us as there the entire stay, and checked out on the day we intended to even though we had left and had been assured we were checked out multiple times.

It was an “okay” stay. It’s good if you need a CHEAP place to stay. The location is REALLY good. Right by shopping, freeway, and amusement parks. The breakfast was trash. Three cereals, coffee no creamer, bread. There no toaster lol that’s all the “breakfast” offered. It’s in a really sketchy area. TONS of homeless and lord knows what. lol I won’t stay here again.

sejour moyen !!! pas de menage effectué quotidiennement, j’y ai sejournée 5 jours avant d’aller a vegas et le menage c’est faite la veille de notre de depart 🤔 pas logique autant mieux attendre le jours du depart !!! et au retour de vegas on est restée 4 jours pour la fin du sejour pas de menage du tout !!! c’etait juste le petit bemol !!! Petit dej simple de 6h30 a 9h (toast, café, lait, muffin,confiture, beurre, cereal, orange si il en reste), Laundry de 9h30 a 21h sur reservation avec depot d’une piece identité, 1 ascenceur sur 2 qui fonctionne, jaccusi en travaux et piscine fermer pendant notre sejours. Pas de coffre fort dans les chambres, chambre equipé d’un frigo, wifi gratuit, TV, shampoing, gel douche, seche cheveux, petite table ronde, un fauteuil 1 place
