Had to turn up the tv to try and drown out the noise from the highway. Room stunk, smelled really stale? Breakfast should not be called breakfast if there is no protein offered…an no, a child sized container of yogurt is not a substitute. A variety of All sugared cereal, orange slices and mini muffins is what’s considered as “breakfast included” at this hotel.

Room was comfortable...beds and pillows were wonderful. I asked for a quiet room and it was probably one of the quietest they could offer. Still heard lots of freeway noise. There were workers working around the property, using a blower at 2 or 3 a.m., yelling to one another and playing music. Garbage truck came at around 4, which I understand has to happen, but sheesh....no sleep at all!!

One elevator working. Dead roaches all over property. The trash cans around the property were all over flowing and had trash all over the ground. The man at the front desk straight up lied to us. He was the worst experience of our whole stay.

Room was okay, except for some mosquitos, overall facilities were okay, the staff could be more friendly, they don't smile at the guests, there was a time when we were coming back from Universal Studios, we were so tired, and then the keycard won't work, so my wife have to go to the reception area, there was not even an apology, they just replaced the keycard and that's it. Our stay could have been perfect except for the staff's attitude.

Booked room for a first floor because of my disabilities. When i got there, clerk said all they had was a 3rd floor room. I cannot do stairs or elevators. A gentleman came in with no reservation to the other clerk as i was checking in, the girl told him that she had a first floor room for him. When i questioned it, the other customer said i coukd have his room. The clerk told him NO he cannot do that. I could not cancel and go somewhere. In the room, the toilet was NOT a stardard size toilet. It was one that they put in elementary schools for small kids. Even the toilet paper holder was only 6 INCHES from the ground. I was not able to get on and off the toilet, very much hurt and the hotel would not do anything about it. The property was well maintained and the other staff was friendly.

If I could give this property a zero I would. I have stayed at better motel 6’s. They advertises to be clean, tidy, provide breakfast, have updated rooms, free and safe parking, and it has very little if anything to give on that list. There is a large sign hanging in the front window that says they’re not responsible for anything in your room however, I would like to point out that you’re not allowed to be in your room if they’re cleaning it which is required “per policy“ every 3 days. This is not posted anywhere, but apparently still has to be done without your presence. Convenient. So, every three days, being sick, traveling, having flight delays, and all the other things, we still had to pack and lock all of our things away so that we could have our room “cleaned” and not worry about things being stolen. The majority of the staff (outside of the front desk) speaks barely any English or does not speak any at all, they can’t communicate properly, they do not listen, they ignore the do not disturb sign, banging on our doors as early as 7 AM to check and make sure everything‘s “okay”, even though the “ do not disturb” sign was on the door and we were trying to sleep.Unfortunately, we had to extend our stay twice due to flight delays and both times they required a new $100 deposit, new keys, and a huge discussion about why they still had to come in again to “clean”. The pool was heavily chlorinated to the point you could smell it 4 floors up. Jacuzzi inoperable. Awful.

Clean room and a carb breakfast is all that is needed to this location which is close to Knotts Berry Farm. The staff was helpful when room service was needed (3 days is the maximum they go without making the room).
