The listing was incorrect and there was no parking included with the price. The kitchen outlets did not work and had to have a service person come to deal with them. The bed felt like a used futon, the "paper products" were terrible so much so that we had to go buy our own, Found insects in the unit, and I had to fix issues with the shower door falling off the track continuously.

The parking was hard to figure out, the key pad to our room didnt work, and the room itself wasnt very clean. The shower wouldnt drain as well. The bed was also the most uncomfortable situation. The chat was helpful, i just wish i didnt need to use it four times in a less than 12 hour stay

Du neuf en apparence. De l’ancien dans le confort.

L’appart hôtel semble assez récent ou du moins récemment rénové. Pourtant vous abstenir si vous cherchez la tranquillité : autant l’isolation avec l’extérieur (autoroute proche) n’est pas un problème mais pour ce qui est de l’intérieur c’est une autre histoire. C’est simple, vous entendrez le portable de la chambre d’à côté vibrer tellement les cloisons sont fines, si les occupants d’à côté regarde la télé vous en profiterez aussi. Enfin notre logement bien qu’en apparence neuf avait la robinetterie cassée, les poêles de la cuisine usée et le lave vaisselle sale. Tout cela a été signalé sans jamais avoir de retour, bref ils s’en fichent étant donné que vous n’êtes que de passage. Je passe sur la literie qui est aussi usée. Et dire que ça se revendique de Mariott.

It was fine. There was a mix up and my personal debit card was accidentally charged when it shouldn’t have. That was very annoying and took an hour and a half of waiting in the phone with Expedia to resolve it. The kitchen was nice but none of the outlets worked so if I wanted to use the toaster I needed to plug it into a bathroom outlet. I let Sonder know at the beginning of my stay that none of the outlets worked in the kitchen but no one came to fix it. I was also booked to stay in the room for two weeks and only had two rolls of terrible toilet paper. So I was forced to buy own toilet paper. There didn’t seem to be a place inside Sonder where I could restock my toilet paper. The bed was nice. Air conditioning was honestly too cold sometimes. Oh and the television is very crooked and the tv mount itself is shaky. It was fine, but whenever I come back to Denver I won’t stay at this place again.

The place was ok but at least half an hour walk to downtown. There was no personal contact at all when checking in. The exhaust fan in the bathroom and the air conditioner are both noisy. There's no privacy if you want the blinds up when staying on the ground floor. When you don't have phone access, it will be difficult to contact them.

Check in system is managed on line which is ok if all goes well but is a big problem when it doesn’t. No one is on site at the property. The helpline was very frustrating and unhelpful and we ended up waiting in the hot sun for nearly two hours before being able to resolve it. Worst check in experience ever in many years of travelling.

Great location/place but be warned.

The room was clean. Had a bunch of things like washer/dryer combo, stove, fridge, dishwasher. It was pretty spacious. My biggest complaint was that the sofa bed was broken i couldnt pull it out without further breaking couch and my kid had to sleep on the uncomfortable couch seats or on the floor. He ended up sleeping with us. Which was a mood killer lol. They dont have an employee on site, so if you have problems you have to text using an app.

Solid option, decent location near some great restaurants, and easy 20-30 min walk over the bridge to Coors Field and the area around Union Station. It had all the amenities we needed. Only things that weren't awesome were that the tables were dirty when I arrived and the air conditioner was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep, back on when it got hot, off again to sleep, etc.

The bathroom counter was separated from the wall. I had to move it back to place. There was “tags” on three of the windows for the duration of our stay. There were broken tights in the hallway. Three devices need remotes and only two had batteries so we spent the weekend shuffling batteries back and forth. I left behind a pair of AirPods and reached out to the app chat for assistance and I was told is that there is a process for lost items, there is a process for lost items. They could not be bothered to explain the process. Very frustrating.

Welcome Gift: ear plugs!

The location was great. The price was right. The place was… ehh. Blinds in living room were broken so if you were sleeping on the couch bed, you weren’t sleeping in. The traffic noise was not bad at all but the noise in the building was way too much. Needed an app to tell you how to work the lights and fan. Also way too much.

Check-in was terrible. I paid for early check in, got my new room code, and it didn’t work. I was on the phone for over 40 minutes trying to remedy the situation, most of the time on hold. They asked me to tell them my room code over the phone which is an unsafe thing to ask anyone to do outside of their room, hotel staff should know this. They finally helped me get the key out of the lockbox because the lockbox code was provided but not the lockbox number. I did get a new door code that worked but I didn’t trust it after all of that so I had to carry the single key with me when I went out to dinner for the evening. Place is clean enough and there’s ample sound machines to drown out the hallway and city noise. Won’t be back.
