Needs updated

The hotel needs updating really bad. The rooms need cleaned a lot better than they are being. Need to leave enough towels and rags for the amount of people that are staying. Need to offer more breakfast items and replenish till time the breakfast time is done, including drinks. Just a thought, maybe your extended stay people or permanent stays don't get the breakfast. Let it be for your hotel stays only, even if you have to give them tickets for the breakfast.

Mixture of good and bad. Scary elevator

It was a mixed bag of good and bad. The bed and the room was spacious. The carpet was dirty and old. We have no utensils at all, unless you went downstairs and purchased them. The elevator was very sketchy. There was something wrong with the hydraulics and there was a huge bump/bag just before the 2nd floor. I told the front desk about it. Others who stayed there said it was a frequent problem and that the elevator shook sometimes. Would I stay again? Only if I couldn't find another reasonable hotel in the area.

Not great

The hotel is old and in poor condition. Stains on carpet, counters peeling, light flickering, oven nasty. It seems there are many long-term residents there. It was cheap but I don’t think I would stay there again.

Glad it wasn’t an extended stay

Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast is coffee, muffins and instant oatmeal. The bathroom sink in the room leaked onto the floor; we didn’t realize this until we had already settled into the room. We were offered a different room but decided to stay and just put towels on the floor. The oven/stove in the kitchenette was worthless, the oven barely reached around 300 degrees and the stove couldn’t boil water. Also, I could never turn the oven off, no matter how I turned the knob. When I complained I was told that the ovens don’t get very hot because it’s a fire hazard. That would have been nice to know before I bought frozen French fries. :-( Went to the fitness room, the treadmill didn’t work. A three-night stay was too long, I couldn’t imagine staying longer.

I loved the sign that read " no smoking within 100 ft of window or door of the building. If caught a $250 fine" Appon arrival there was multiple people right in the walkway of the entrance of the building that I had to walk through their smoke. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at an extended stay. We will never stay at one again. The owner of all extended stays should cut his losses and burn every extended stay down. Absolutely filthy and disgusting. The night time employ was very helpful at check in and when we needed extra items. 10 of 10 for his professionalism.

The staff was great at this site especially since we were a large group of 15. They were super friendly and willing to help when we had a mishap with the names on the room reservations (must be 21 to book this resort). They were very accomodating with extra blankets and towels. The rooms were very spacious it felt like we had our own apartment with a full kitchen and small living area. The downside to this resort was the upkeep and the breakfast. The resort is spacious but its cleanliness was questionable. The grate of our AC unit had crumbs of food and fake nails in it, the floor was sticky, the fridge/freezer were not wiped down from the previous guest and we could tell because there was popsicle juice in the freezer, and the pull out bed was very stained. The amenities in the rooms were a little dated and our microwave did not work (it would beep at random rates and times even though no one touched it, we had to unplug it) and for the 3 rooms that we had there was a different model of TV in each room. Of these TVs 2 worked and one of which was of very poor clarity. Breakfast at this hotel is in the main lobby and it consists of a prepackaged muffin, hot water, and coffee. There were packets that you could use for hot chocolate or oatmeal. Breakfast hours are 6:30 AM to 9:30AM so be up early. Just a heads up if you are planning on having multiple rooms they did not adjoin.
