Took forever for front desk person to show up to check us in. He chose to barely speak to us and his pants were hanging off his butt and not professional. It took him a long time to check us in despite the info from Expedia. At each step he mumbled what we needed to do next. Besides that, the property looked like it was starting to fall apart with front sliding door completely broken with yellow tape, elevator out of commission, and reception didn't even make us aware of elevator issue or how to get locate stairs to get to our room efficiently. Luckily once we found the room it was ok but the rest was really substandard. This hotel is not accessible friendly at the moment so would recommend Hotels.com stop marketing it until it is brought up to par. Worst Extended Stay location I've ever seen...shocking.

We had a horrible experience at the hotel. There was a very strong smell of marijuana. There were strange people on the premises. We were there with our 3-year-old baby, and they reprimanded us in a very rude way, insulting us, because they could hear the child's footsteps from downstairs. NEVER! would I stay there again. It's a place for criminals, not for families.
