The room was good, a little small but just what you need for one night. Great location! The only slight issue was the air con wasn’t great so we ended up having to open the window which made it super noisy! Our room was in the basement next to the staff room so it was quite noisy from about 7am. This wasn’t a major issue as we were only here for one night. Would still recommend.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was a good size for a London hotel and very comfortable. Great location, less than 5 minute walk to coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, grocery and pharmacy. Glouster RD tube station is about 3 minutes walk away and has many lines that can quickly take you to all of the sights.

Dated but clean and roomy in king size bedroom. Shower glass shield terrible allowing water on floor that needed to be cleaned up daily. Heated bathroom floor nice. Cannot control room temperature but there was a portable heater in the room that worked well.

Comfortable bed, helpful staff. Great for attending an event at the Royal Albert Hall or general sightseeing. Room was very hot.

Das Hotel war tip top, sehr gut gelegen und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Sanitären Anlagen also vorallem Dusche und Duschwand dürften verbessert werden. Falls jemand TV schauen will wird es auch schwierig die Sender sind über mehrere 100 Kanäle verteilt und die Hälfte hat kein Empfang, das könnte man besser programmieren. Alles in Allem ein für den Preis gutes Hotel.

Simple, clean and affordable, in a great spot very close to the Piccadilly line which will get you from Heathrow to all the big central London stops. Very helpfully held our bags for us on the last day while we wandered around as well. Would definitely stay again.

Check in super rápido. Meu quarto teve problemas no aquecedor, mas solicitei ajuda na recepção e foi prontamente atendido. O hotel realizou a devida guarda da bagagem após a finalização da reserva. O café da manhã é bom.

I actually liked the hotel which reminded me of old guest houses in Egypt. The property itself is old and could benefit from some refurbishment (e.g. the window frame in the bathroom had some brown muck in the corners and could probably be reseated and the lining curtains lost their white colour!) But the establishment is run like a traditional hotel centring guest needs. The staff was also very polite, obliging and pleasant. I had a couple of requests that they met immediately and a third one that was summarily dismissed but I think if the manager was there he would have obliged! I am just used to much finer establishments in general. But I felt safe and my stay was comfortable and I would stay there again if I cannot afford another place.

Great location near the subway station. Also, there are many restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed eating brkfst every morning at Zack’s restaurant nearby. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable! We really did not have any trouble and enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and we really appreciated the complimentary early check-in!!! Would stay again!
