Overall, we had a good stay and the hotel was nice. We had a very late check-in because we were traveling and did not arrive until a little before 11 p.m. We called ahead to let the hotel know, and the staff was very helpful and added a note to our reservation that we would be arriving late. I really appreciated that, and both check-in and check-out were very easy. The main area that could use a little more attention was the bathroom. There was a bug and some hair in the bathtub, a few stains on the shower wall, and some dirt or mildew buildup around the shower head. The room was also a little stuffy when we first arrived. The TV had two remotes, but only one seemed to work properly. Overall, though, it was a nice stay. I would just recommend a little more attention to cleaning the bathroom before guests check in.

The bad: slimy live bug in one of the 2 queen beds, shower leaked despite trying very hard to stop it - the doors didn't keep water from pooling, and a door handle from stairwell into second floor was not working forcing me to go back down to take the elevator. Check in was great. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Our room had a very unpleasant odor. Only staying one night and not in the room that long so did not ask to move. Used Febreeze spray to help. Carpet was ripped up in a few spots and the shower door would not fully close. Bathroom was very small. Lighting is very poor. Doorknob from the second floor stairwell is broken and unable to open. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Would not book it again.
