Booked a king room with bay view. Received accessible room with a fence view. On questioning, we were told they were over booked. We insisted, bearing in mind we are top tier with IHG and Platinum with Hotels.com. Miraculously, a room was found that better reflected our booking, although not in full. To compensate, a $50 discount was offered and accepted. At checkout, no one new anything about the agreed discount. The operative made numerous phone calls and promised to sort it out once the manager began work later. Four days later the discount was applied. Overall, a very poor experience.
