Staff was extremely courteous. Since my stay included breakfast, this hotel serves the best breakfast spread and the serving staff is very responsive as well. The only downside to this hotel is that the rooms don't have closet space so no matter how many number of nights you are staying with them, you have to live out of your suitcase, which is not my style - and for those who don't care about this - I would highly recommend this hotel.
