Weeklong Stay for Business - Worst Hotel

The room service was minimal at best. I stayed an entire week for a business conference. Housekeeping came into the room one time and did not make the bed, only changed the trash bags and clean towels. I found 2 bugs in my bathroom and the toilet seat was loose both of which I notified the front desk, and neither was addressed although the person at the desk made a big to-do of writing it down. They appeared to be people always loitering in the lobby and on one occasion when I returned from training at the end of the day, the person at the front desk never once looked up from her phone. Anyone could have walked into the lobby. I would never stay in this hotel again nor recommend it to anyone!

Rude manager, malfunctioning AC, broken door

The front desk attendant, Joey, was very kind and very professional. We got to the room and found that the door was broken. It took several tries just to get it open. Our room was on the ground floor. The window would not lock, which made us very uncomfortable. We reported it to Joey and she immediately got the manager for us who was very rude and basically said oh well. She offered no help or solutions and told us they were fully booked so we couldn’t switch rooms. The AC kept turning off and so we spent the night waking up to turn it back on because the room was so warm. We were only staying one night otherwise we would’ve left and found somewhere else. Not worth the money we paid. We’ve stayed in nicer cheap motels than this. The free breakfast was decent and the woman working in the dining area was very nice. So other than Joey and the breakfast employee this place was awful.

The hotel was ok, definitely has some wear and tears. Could not get the tv to change channels. The ac kept the room just cool enough to be tolerable. One outlet didnt work. The bathroom door lock was broken. Staff was friendly, place was pretty clean.

Property needs help

The first night we checked in both rooms had issues. Both smelled horrible. One had bugs and carpeting was wet. We’re only able to use one room first night. Second night they move us to new rooms. Better. One room was missing smoke detector.

Not The Best….

Check in women was pleasant. She was on a smoke break when we arrived and was nice enough to acknowledge us still while walking in and hustled inside. Upon arriving to the room I noticed the door was broken, it appeared as though someone fought to open it. When entering a roach was sitting on the bed, window locks were broken off the window and it was ground level which was unsettling. We stripped the beds and slept on the sheet. I figured at least this room only had 1 roach another could have more. Cold all night with no blanket and the neighbors dog barking and doors slamming all night. Everytime someone closed their door ours shook like someone was pushing on it because it was broken. Other hotels in the area were much cheaper but I had safety concerns and didn’t want to encounter bugs. I wish I saved the money and stayed else where.
