When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk attendant was sleeping in the back office. We knocked on the office door, the front desk and yelling hello is anyone here? This went on for at least 20 minutes. He finally responded from the back office. He said he’d be with us but fell back asleep. He gave us attitude, terrible service and we had to assist him in checking us in he was using the credit card machine as a mouse to control the computer. I began to videotape our interaction. I have 15 minutes of ridiculousness recorded. After given our hotel keys, we were even more disappointed to see how terrible the room was there even was a toilet plunger because the toilet did not flush. The couch was stained. The knobs were missing from the air conditioner/heater unit. The towels were dingy we checked in at 4 AM after our plane delays and we were out by 10 AM. We spoke to the manager she was aware of the incident. She viewed it on her cameras and said she would be checking us out and refunding us the money, but we were still charged the full amount. I took pictures of the hotel room and I have video of the check-in experience.

Bed had bed bugs and the breakfast was horrible, the bread was also hard. I am out here for business and always book hotels with complimentary breakfast and this was by far the worst hotel by Wyndham I have ever stayed at and Wyndham hotels are always usually great. Big disappointment!

Pool needs to be updated, breakfast could use some more options as far as protein goes, bigger towels for guests possibly some newer wash cloths, clean linens on the beds, my sheets had yellow and pink stains at the top of the bed so I had to purchase bedding while there just to sleep comfortably.

Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The place is gross . The employees have bad customer service. There was vomit on the walls and window coverings. The pool was freezing definitely need some work. The hallways have mold in the ceiling . My room had huge holes in the wall. Breakfast was horrible. Nothing was good about this hotel. Bed was itchy and dirty.

First, the good. The front desk workers were great! Very friendly and helpful, perfect front facing people. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. Now for the bad. The first room we were given was freezing. The heat would not turn on. We waited about five or so minutes to see if it would heat up, it didn’t. The lady in the front desk was very nice about finding us another room. The halls were covered in bleach stains everywhere. The second room was perfectly comfortable, however, the toilet would not flush. There was a plunger in the bathroom that did nothing to help. By the time we realized this issue, we were entirely too exhausted to deal with getting yet another room. It’s just a good thing neither of us really had to use the bathroom.

EVERYTHING from the moment we checked in! The front desk staff woman was extremely rude. When we got to our room and started to get settled,the main light in the room (right when you walk in the door), as soon as we turned it on it was like a disco flickering light NONSTOP, plus the entire light cover was FILLED WITH TONS OF DEAD BUGS.Next, we tried to turn the TV on, it would not turn on at all.Next, we went to turn the heater on, and as soon as we started it there was a disgusting smell, and upon looking closer the ENTIRE vent was COVERED IN MOLD!So we immediately turned the heat off and dealt with the 15° night that night.I then went to use the restroom and first of all they left us ONE BODT TOWEL, ONE WASHCLOTH, ZERO HAND TOWELS, AND A HALF USED ROLL OF TOILET PAPER WITH NO EXTRA ROLLS! I had only used the bathroom to urinate, did not use much toilet paper, because we didn’t have much to begin with…and upon flushing the toilet it overflowed all over the floor! There was a plunger next to the toilet, so my husband attempted to plunge the toilet, and to no avail the water was all over the bathroom floor! So we used THE ONE BODY TOWEL AND ONE WASHCLOTH TO CLEAN UP THE OVERFLOW FROM THE TOILET! At this point my husband and I are beyond disgusted/livid.We head downstairs to the front desk, non working remote in hand, and we had taken pictures and videos of all issues explained above. There is so much more but no more room. I contacted the hotel. I definitely want a refund!!!
