The staff is top notch. Very friendly and kind . It is an older hotel so there were some noticeable wear, but it was clean. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, or toast. Coffee and juices. The staff were attentive and made sure nothing ran out. Security badges get wankie if you enter the Army base. We did have to have the keys reactivated, but staff is aware of the issue and were quick to get us access quickly.

Booked a two night stay room was OK. Breakfast was OK but at the end there was a seven dollar charge that I called about and it was for housekeeping which we didn’t use and the gym which we didn’t use and breakfast. They say breakfast is included when really it’s not there is three dollars and 50 Cent per day charge. It should be posted on their site.!

Our room was clean, though the bathroom needed some work. The tub drained very slowly, so you were standing in water. The hallways were unlit. Breakfast wasn't much. Beverage machine didnt work. Coffee was fine. Thankfully I bring my own food. Most importantly! THERE IS NO ELEVATOR IN THE BUILDING. If you cannot drag your luggage up the stairs, do not stay here.

The furniture was dusty, there was hair on the bathroom floor and under the bed linens, the microwave was not functional, the TV was outdated, with remotes secured with a strip of tape. The keys to enter the room takes forever to work which delays access to the room so don’t be in a rush to go into your room. The breakfast was underwhelming and staff was not always pleasant, especially the front desk.

Breakfast was great, parking was fine, the staff was awesome! The rooms toilet ran at all times, the shower had minimal pressure and some of the outlets didn't work as well as the remote for the TV haha. Other than that, the hotel was ok.

Very clean nice hotel however key cards were too finicky they kept demagnetizing and we had to keep getting new ones. And at breakfast they were late putting out the proteins when they did they were snatched up very quickly and no more ever came out. Other than that nice hotel.

One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Booked different hotel immediately for remaining days of trip. Would have left immediately after entering room but my family and I arrived at 1:30am after a 7hr drive. Toe nails and dried blood on blankets, sticky substance all over tables, went to get ice and our ice bucket was full of garbage. Had to switch rooms because floor was wet, room smelt like mildew, garbage still lying on floor under bathroom sink, and mold on ac. Did not use any blankets and did not feel comfortable walking on room floor without shoes or sandals. I could continue with more but I’m sure you get the point.
