Not the best

Well the staff at the front was very nice..but the room was beat up.. patches on the walls the floor was sticky..the water was hot but the handle for the shower was falling off. The one plus was the cleaning man that i talked to was super nice and very helpful. He ask me 4 times if i needed anything kuddos to him.but over all not a vwry nice room

Not real clean.

Hotel was dirty, blanket on bed had a burn hole, bathtub had mold, floors were filthy. Hair dryer was melted, but still there. Heater-ac only worked half the time. Hallways were poorly painted. Very, very loud with doors slamming and you could hear everything above you.

Terrible hotel

It was just okay. Seemed like it may have been a safe place to stay. Just not the cleanest place I've ever been wallpaper peeling off in the bathroom The hotel clearly needs some updating but for the price I guess get what you pay for. The area for the continental breakfast was disgusting and most of the food was eaten and never replenished. When it's gone it's gone I guess. The orange juice was empty and the Apple juice was water. They did have coffee but at that point I was disgusted and just walked away from the whole thing.. if you're looking for a cheap place, this is it. If you're looking for a cheap experience, this is it. Other than that I would stay at the Hampton for the extra $50 $60....

Clean place to stay

The room was clean, excellent customer service at the desk. There was no hot food ready in the morning for the included breakfast. The internet went down the day before we checked out in the room.

Understand that is not a "high end" hotel. That being said, there was no remote for tv in room (had to call to get) No tissues. Couple loops of shower curtain broken so it didnt hang properly. Hand held shower support didnt work so had to just hold it. No hangers in closet. Little things maybe but expected. Furnished breakfast was decent.

My overall stay was nice..it was in great area for what i was there for...i did not get much rest because the people across from my room had children that screamed all night and ran up and down the hallway and the adult did more yelling and cursing at the kids

Filthy Filthy Filthy

This place was very dirty. It needs a serious makeover. The staff dont care about their customers. We had to go to the lobby every time we needed to heat our takeout food because the microwave in the room doesn't work. We notified the front desk emoloyee and his reply was yes it does. They didnt even bother to check. We stayed 4 nights we didn't get any housekeeping service. Sheets smelled like they were never washed or changed from previous people that stayed there. Carpet old and dirty and smelly. Toilet wobbly. Bathroom floor sticky and filthy.. We were afraid to eat at their complimentary breakfast buffet . Very unsanitary. Front desk employee always sleeping during the night. He didn't even hear us come in and out of the building a couple of times. I dont understand how they are operating this way. Just very unprofessional. I don't usually leave reviews but im just appalled. I'm having a hard time uploading pictures with my review.
