Refrigerator in room was so loud I had to unplug it when I went to sleep. I booked two rooms for the night for myself and my family and the staff was watching me as if we committed a crime or something. We were in no way over capacity. Staff were rude to us but friendly to other customers.

The room was dusty and gross. Bedding was fresh and clean. Kids ran up and down the hallways to 3 AM even after phone calls to the front desk after a little sleep, we chose to go down for the breakfast which consisted of hard bagels burnt scrambled eggs and a waffle maker that look like it hadn’t been cleaned since 1922. That explains why it was empty down there. I am willing to give this hotel another shot but not for while. Changes need to me made.Used to Be my favorite hotel but they are obviously under new ownership
