The sheets on both beds had obviously not been changed. They were still bunched up under comforter and had nasty stains and food crumbs. People ran up and down the hall way past midnight laughing and screaming. Overall it is filthy

This close to the airport, that's the only good. Room was not clean properly. Random pill on the desk chair and empty liquor bottle under the bedside chair. Room keys did not open outerdoors, forced to walk around building. Desk Clerk unsympathetic and apathetic. Save your money and stay anywhere else. Additional observations: zero parking or parking lot care, lobby, hallway, and elevator stinks of rank weed.

My brief stay was horrible. The vent in my room was blowing out cold air. While I was −5 for the night, couldn't get maintenance to fix it. In a timely manner, the hall was filled with containers of trash and other debris. Right next to the elevator the rum had furniture that looked like, it was taken off the sidewalk off the street. And put into these rooms, I couldn't even stay the night. I checked out shortly after I checked in. Because it was just horrible.

Stayed 1 night and it was miserable! Heater in the room didn’t work (-6 degrees outside)! Front desk said “some of the heaters don’t work” we moved rooms at 3am!! Next morning there’s no running water with no idea when it would be restored! And on our last day the shuttle driver left us even though we were on time! He returns and was extremely rude to us yelling at us I couldn’t believe it! Not a good place to stay, the halls constantly smell like weed!!

This hotel is not as depicted in advertisements! It is filthy and a health hazard. The shower was covered with black mold. The halls had garbage and laundry all over them.

The were barely any choices for breakfast. We stayed two nights and each morning they were out of most options for breakfast and weren’t replenished. Lots of empty containers. Had to change room three times because the first one didn’t have working heat and the second one didn’t have a door that worked. The pool was freezing and didn’t have any clean towels, it was pretty dirty.

AVOID this hotel. Advertised as 3.5 star. It is ~1.5 star. Due to the false 3.5 star rating, I'll avoid Wyndham properties in the future. Pros: The staff was great; friendly, helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. Location close to downtown and the airport. During my December stay, the fireplace in the lobby provided a pleasant place to relax. Cons: I wanted a clean, quiet room and a good sleep. Got none of that. Long travel, ready to crash - but the room assigned hadn't been cleaned. Back to check-in. Next room had loose tiles in the center of the bathroom floor, the tub faucet was leaking ~2.5 gallons/hour, the desk lamp was out, and the bathroom door was frayed at the bottom. Rather than move again, I stayed put. At midnight, I was awakened by my neighbor throwing something against the wall. I knocked loudly on the wall, annoyance stopped - until 2:30 am. I dressed, went to the lobby to get security to deal with it. Next day, moved to another room, which was 90F (or warmer) when I walked in. Thermostat would not shut off the heat, so back to the desk to ask for maintenance. Wifi signal was not accessible in any of the rooms I was assigned, only in the lobby. The hotel is hosting long-term refugees from local flooding. While I'm sympathetic to their plight, they were noisy, running up and down the halls at late hours, knocking on my door and others.
