One of the worst hotels we have stepped into
Gross hotel, they are refusing to refund me 3 nights we did not stay after already being charged the cancellation policy of the first nights stay. Pool was posted to be open, it was closed the week we were staying, which was the entire reason we picked this hotel. They did not tell us about this at check in or prior to check in. They charged my card before checking ing or I never would have checked in. The lobby was in poor condition, the room was damp and smelled like mold, the floor was dirty. We communicated politely with the from desk we would not be staying and contacted expedia for a refund. Days later the manager will not refund the 3 nights we did not stay, going against their cancellation policy of first night's stay. The hotel is NOTHING like the listing photos.
