Needs a complete renovation and improvement with cleaning. Our room was dusty. The space in our room was great but we didn’t sleep well due to loud fan. We had to use two remote controls to turn on the TV, control the volume, and the channels which was very inconvenient and dated. The pool looked filthy, so we did not use it. The best experience for us was the breakfast. They do a great job with that! The food was good and fresh every morning. The location is convenient too but not a relaxing place to walk around outdoors. We expected a lot better, so it’s is highly overpriced to what you get. We have stayed at a Staybridge Suites before and we loved it, but this particular location was very disappointing. The staff is very nice, welcoming, and are prompt with service. We appreciated them!

Great location to visit my Tech student! Very clean rooms and quiet hotel. A bit dated, but the beds are comfortable! The staff is helpful and the breakfast variety is good.

The woman at the check in desk was very nice, helpful and courteous. The room was a mess. The floors hadn’t been vacuumed, there were crumbs all over the floor, and the corners looked like they’d never been touched by a vacuum. The bottom of the tub was peeling and pieces were floating in the water after we showered. When we woke up in the morning, there was a cockroach laying on its back still alive. Maybe they had just sprayed. I’m not sure? I definitely think the cleanliness was a big issue!
