The hotel was fine for what we needed but it's older and need of repairs. The elevator was down when we arrived so we had to carry quite a bit of luggage upstairs. They took the sign down the second day but it was still acting sketchy. The dishwasher in our room had a "Do Not Use" sign. One of the pillowcases had a orange stain on it. I think it was clean, just stained but we didn't use it just in case. The bathroom floor was warped so the door didn't open all the way but we were able to work around it. Overall, the hotel was fine for just being there two days but I'm not sure I would want to stay longer.

The entire property is very dingy. Had to have the room keys reprogrammed so many times that I asked them to replace them. The biggest complaint is the doors leading to outside are broken. The key sensor is not there and hasn’t been in a long time. You have to put a rock to prop the door open IF someone can open it for you from the inside. The door going out to the pool is the same. There isn’t a note on the door so you don’t know you are locked out till you have to bang for someone to let you in. They also lock the front main door at night and WILL NOT open it so you have to walk around the building to find the one outside door that actually works. These doors have very obviously been broken for a long time. You would think this would be a priority to get fixed.

Unfortunately we had to leave, we try if they can return the money. As soon we arrived the room I checked and so some hair in the tub, decided to clean and that was my worse decision. Was so many hair and was really unsanitary, I was even concern to touch the towels, and bed that i hadn’t check yet, they offered another room but the amount of hair in the first room make me think that could be similar or if even possible worse. And it wasn’t dog hair neither They definitely didn’t inspect the room after, and the worse part was the kind of hair. Was even stuck in the soap dispenser.

A two-week stay. In my room, only the trash bin was emptied. The cleaning service was poor. The toilet drain was clogged, and the reception staff simply handed me a drain opener and told me to fix it myself.

The woman at the check in desk was very nice, helpful and courteous. The room was a mess. The floors hadn’t been vacuumed, there were crumbs all over the floor, and the corners looked like they’d never been touched by a vacuum. The bottom of the tub was peeling and pieces were floating in the water after we showered. When we woke up in the morning, there was a cockroach laying on its back still alive. Maybe they had just sprayed. I’m not sure? I definitely think the cleanliness was a big issue!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby area was nice. I didn’t eat the hot breakfast, but the coffee served it purpose and I was pleased there was fruit available. I stayed in a suite style room. The desk provided plenty of room for work. There was a full size frodge

Room was not as advertised. There was no eating counter or chairs. Staff said i I could go get a chair from the dining hall. TV did not work. Had to get repair man to fix it. Bathroom fan did not work. Repair man had to order part. There was no coffee maker and staff said they did not have another one to give us. There were no linens for the sofa sleeper. Dirty dishes were in dishwasher when we arrived. Staff was not caring and made no accommodations for room issues.

The wall need to be wiped down there were boogers on the wall, there was little pieces of trash on the floor like it had a bit vacuumed or swept their mopped. The stuff was so nice, happy to help. Breakfast was good. I would have let a five-star review if the room was cleaner.
