10/10 do not recommend this hotel. The front desk guy had a tough time checking me in. Gave me the wrong room. About an hour later I went to go into my room approximately 12am and he is pounding on the door, it’s midnight that’s highly unprofessional in my opinion. Then gives me keys to “my room” that don’t work. Will never be back.

The staff were friendly and informative. We were on the same floor as the sports teams and family, which they were allowed to run up and down the hallway screaming, with no parents around. In the pool the children had no consideration for others, as they canon ball into the water. I don't have an issue with being splashed a bit, but the Mom and baby had to leave, a the baby was soaked and crying. The moms stood against the wall on their phones. My grandchild couldn't use the slide as two older kids pushed him to the side to get with their friends. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, the pillows were not as they were very hard. The fridge was barely cool as it was frosted up. The curtains had stains all over them as well as the wall beside the window. I would stay again but not when sports teams are there.

Majorly disappointed

Not impressed, would not recommend. I booked and pre-paid through hotels.com and for that reason I was given an extremely run down dirty room. There were stains on the carpet, walls were dirty, all of the furniture was damaged especially the desk chair that the leather was worn right off. The lamps didn’t match and the lightbulbs were different colours. The bath tub was rusted out and the walls had patches but never painted. Overall, run down and not at all like the photos of the room I thought I was booking. I asked to change rooms but was told no. There is a continental breakfast but most of it was inedible. My daughter did like the pancake maker. The pool was ok. I appreciated the additional smaller pool for the little ones so they have a place of their own but the hot tubs are super small; thankfully there are two of them. Overall, it was a major let down and I won’t be booking there again.

Disappointing stay

Overall, we were not impressed with our stay. The room was dated and smelled of stale smoke. As well the air conditioning cut out often and the toilet whined for a few minutes after it was flushed. We were on the first floor and it was fairly loud as it was beside the pool motor, and across from the commercial laundry room. Not to mention, the room above us was quite loud. We were playing cards in the lobby/breakfast area and were advised by the hotel security that the common area was off limits after 10pm so asked to leave. We are mid 50's to early 80s so not very disruptive, so found it quite ridiculous. On a positive note, the breakfast was very good and there was variety over our 3 day stay. As well, there were 2 hot tubs, a toddler pool and main pool with waterslide.

Busy place

The age of building is showing. Kinda dirty bathroom. The pool floor was coming up(stones) and needs repairs. I did not like that the pool was used for swim lessons, and open at 9 am. But alright to catch some zzzzz’s While passing thru.

Wasn't great to be asked at 830am why we are still in the room when check out is at 11. Beds were not comfortable. Everything else was ok, nice breakfast. But the floor surrounding the pool really hurt the feet! Oh and the wifi in the room was very slow. Would probably stay elsewhere in Regina next time.
