Amazing experience from start to finish! The staff was friendly, professional, and truly attentive. My room was clean, well-organized, and exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Today, for Día de Reyes, the manager surprised me with a beautiful and delicious mini rosca, which made my stay even more special. Camino Real is Never Out of Style! An emblematic property in Guadalajara with peaceful gardens and excellent service. Francisco at the Bell Boy desk helped me with my luggage and my phone charger every morning. He made sure I never ran out of charge. He also helped me with my luggage and made sure the room was spot on!

I booked 3 rooms in the beginning of January, 2026. Every room had a musty smell. The showers were covered in mold. The toilet overflowed twice in one of the rooms. The pools were not maintained. I was double charged for a breakfast meal. It has been over a month since my visit and I am still waiting for my refund. The staff were very friendly and polite.

El proceso de Check-in fue lento por fallas del sistema y aunque llegamos después de las 15:00 horas, tuvimos que regresar más tarde para completar el proceso. Las habitaciones en general están bien y limpias, aunque ya deterioradas por el tiempo y la falta de mantenimiento. Algo importante es que ningún día atinaron a dejarnos las toallas correctas y había que estar hablando para resurtir toallas frescas,que por cierto ya están muy maltratadas en general y algunas hasta deshilachadas. El desayuno bufet es entre regular y bueno, aunque suficiente por el precio, que no es barato. El servicio en el restaurante muy bueno. Las instalaciones en general se percibe antiguas, de los años 60's con algunas deficiencias por mantenimiento, pero la disposición del hotel es agradable con jardines y varias albercas que hacen agradable la estancia. En general, con un poco de inversión y ganas de levantar el prestigio de la marca en Guadalajara, el hotel tiene potencial. Eso si, el precio por noche muy bueno adquiriendo en alguna plataforma como Hotels.com
