The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of our room, in particular the bathroom, was not acceptable. The bathroom walls had smears all over them, the toilet lid was falling off, the sink drain stopper had been pulled and smelled awful and the shower curtain was dirty and stained. In the bedroom, bed linens looked clean but had a very strong sweat smell and the floor was unswept and hairy.

I always stay there when I visit my son. But there was only one side of the black out curtains and the others did not cover the windows all the way and there was red stuff looked like dry blood on the ceiling. The bathroom sink was dirty and th microwave did not work. Their beds are so comfortable and that's one reason I like staying there.

When paid the extra 25 dollars for early check in just to walk in to our room to see food crumbs and also someone's pill they must have dropped, that tells you the room wasnt even vacuumed.... after pulling the covers down, we noticed the sheets were all wrinkled like they had not been changed. When entering the bathroom, there were hairs hanging from the "clean" towels. Cleanliness of the room was not there. I always leave my housekeepers a tip when staying over but this was the first time I didnt leave one... a tip is for when you actually do your job.
