At a glance it did appear very clean, but if you look under the shelves and behind the bed you can see all the dander and debris from previous travellers (we always do a bed bug check, thankfully we didn't see any). The second day they came and changed out our towels, but on the 3rd day we received a note that they were short staffed and that they'd come every other day but they didn't come back to clean until after we left. Also our mini fridge defrosted for over 6 hours and everything inside got warm/spoiled. There wasn't anything the staff could do because they were fully booked and short staffed. Otherwise, the staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast was delicious and both chefs I saw kept the dining room clean and I saw one help someone make a waffle, very sweet! In conclusion, I think that more staff would help the staff be more efficient and maybe keep a spare mini fridge or two on hand idk like it'd be nice if your own employees didn't have to use a public fridge for their own lunches...
