Dilapidated

Very worn hotel. Our door would not lock using the deadbolt. The throw around latch had been damaged. Hole punched in bathroom door. Carpet very well worn. One of our dogs found a “treat” on the floor.

Go to Baker City

I picked this hotel because I have three small dogs and I always check to see about their pet policy and how much it cost. When I booked, it said pet friendly, three dog maximum, but had no policy as far as money goes. When I got here, she charged me $15 per pet per night for a total of $45. I could’ve gone another half hour down the road to Baker city and stay at motel six for cheaper. I will do that next trip. Also, there are blood stains on my sheets. It looks like whoever made the bed, had a cut on their hand? All I know is the blood is not for me or my dogs. Also, no place really to walk the dogs to go potty. A lot of rock beds. Also will not walk barefoot on the carpet in the room. There are some wet pee spots. And they’re not from my dogs.

Great value for price

Traveling solo, I just needed a room for the night. This place was quiet, safe, and indoors. Front desk person was very welcoming and friendly. Room was fine. Everything worked. Breakfast is a little sparse, but you get what you pay for. I’d stay here again.

The place is really dated with no recent updates. Room smells badly of cigarette smoke, doors don't close properly and it's a bit rundown. Person at the front desk that evening was very helpful. Breakfast was ok for a quick bite before heading out.

Affordable & clean stay

The room had enough outlets & bed was clean & comfortable. Only issue this room had was the toilet was running all night. To be fair I did not report this to front desk as it was late & I was tired. The rate was great for what I needed. Clean, hot shower & comfortable bed.

Non accommodating

We stated that we needed special accommodations for my wife on my hotels.com account. But when we got there, they put us on 2nd floor and my wife had a really hard time getting up the stairs. Plus the room was a long walk from the top of the stairs.

Okay but not great

The staff was helpful and kind. The fridge was really a wine chiller. There were cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. The beds were comfortable, although we had to fix a sheet that wasn't sitting properly. The carpet had stains. The floor in the hallway was worn and bumpy. Chairs in the room were nice. The breakfast selections were good.

Good stay and convenient to get to

Stay itself was fine, they accommodated our request for a first floor room. The room was spacious for 2 of us. There was parking lot work that made parking a pain, and there was little to no grassy areas or non-rocky areas for our pet to walk.
